FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

 Q: What is included in the price?

We have everything covered. We will deliver, set up and style your sleepover. Each premier package includes themed tents, mattresses, sanitized sheets & blankets, throw pillows, themed decor, lights, personalized name plates, trays, lanterns, throw rugs and small favor. Please see our PRICING tab for the price levels of each premier package.

Q: How do I book a sleepover with Magical Nights?

To book a sleepover please complete the form on our CONTACT US tab and we will be happy to contact you to book your sleepover.

Q: Is there a deposit? When does the remaining balance need to be paid?

There is a 50% deposit required to schedule your sleepover date. Final payment is due within 24 hours of our arrival.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We invoice using PayPal. You do not need your own PayPal account in order to pay. You can pay with a check card or credit card.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: There will be no refunds given for your deposit or previously paid party balance if cancellations is within a 7-day period of your sleepover event. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available.

Q: Do you stay and host the party?

No, we don’t stay and host the party. However, we do set up everything for you and break it all down for you as well.

Q: How much space is required?

Each tent/mattress combination is approximately 75” x 40”. We do not move any big furniture for you. There are multiple configurations to make the space work. If you are concerned, please contact us. We can discuss options with you.

Q: How much time is needed for set up and break down?

If the space required is ready, we have one of the fastest set ups in the business. Most parties can be set up and styled between 30-45 minutes based on the party size. The breakdown time is approximately the same. The set up and break down time is dependent on the size of the party.

Q: Will you need access to power?

During set up we will use your outlet for the electric air pump to inflate the mattresses. However, once set up and styled, we will not need access to any power. The fairy lights on the tents are battery powered.

Q: Should my guests bring a pillow and sleeping bag/blanket?

Your guests will need to provide their own pillows for hygiene reasons. We will provide sanitized fitted sheets and throw blankets, however if the space will be rather cold, we do suggest additional blankets or sleeping bags.

Q: Can the tents be set up outside?

Yes, given good weather conditions the tents can be set up outside. Tents may not be outside in rain/snow and alternate indoor options must be available given changing weather.

Q: How long will I have the sleepover package?

Whether your guests spend the evening or stay overnight , our premier package is for a one night rental. Additional nights can be discussed during scheduling.

Q: How do you launder/clean your inventory? What measures are you taking to prevent Covid-19?

We take Covid-19 very seriously and want to help you safely return to sleepovers. Our sheets and blankets are all laundered in a sanitized cycle after each sleepover. The other remaining items are wiped down with disinfectant wipes. Our tent covers and decorative pillows are disinfected with steam before and after each sleepover. We will be wearing a mask while in your home for set up and break down. Please see our Covid-19 tab for more information.


 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: There will be no refunds given for your deposit or previously paid party balance if cancellations is within a 7-day period of your sleepover event. If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available. Magical Nights Sleepover Service (MNSS) reserves the right at all times to cancel Party Agreements should issues arrive due to the safety of our staff or conflict between parties. 

  • Issues/Concerns: MNSS assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of MNSS inventory and/or damage or loss to the party's location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.

  • Damages: Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to MNSS will result in assessment of charges and billing to the hiring client. The hiring client is responsible for damages to property of MNSS from that of the hiring client and/or guests.

  • Food and Beverages: If you choose to provide your guests with refreshments,We ask that tomato based entrees; pastas, greasy or messy foods are not served on bed linens as they can stain our linens and fabrics and make clean up a challenge. Only light snacks may be eaten inside the tents. 

  • Other Considerations: For purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our linens and fabrics we kindly ask that beverages be light colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch) and please, no food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce or dark colored jellies. Although we understand accidents may happen, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage to MNSS property. 

  • Event Execution: Each MNSS party is unique. Exact décor, party favors, and fabrics are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We do a lot of repeat and referral business and update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a gorgeous event that fits your theme even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. If there is something you have seen on our website that you want at your event, please ask. We may be able to accommodate you. 

  • Pets: No pets should be allowed on any MNSS property and no smoking in the area of MNSS property.

  • MNSS has provided this account of our policies and terms of service and payment of deposit shows that you have read and agree to our policies. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.
